These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from Aevibes through https://aevibes.com/. They apply to consumers purchasing products for personal, non-commercial use. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy.

2. Products

Aevibes is an independent brand. We sell apparel, footwear, and accessories, including jeans, tops, bottoms, trousers, T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, cardigans, dresses, jumpsuits, sleepwear and loungewear, outerwear, socks, sunglasses, belts, sandals, and boots. Product descriptions, materials, sizes, and other relevant characteristics are displayed on the product pages. We aim to describe products accurately; minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing variation.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD $). The transaction and settlement currency is USD. No taxes are charged on orders placed through this website. The total price payable, including any delivery charge (which is currently free within Qatar), is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

4. Order submission, verification, and correction

Before confirming your order, you can review the items in your cart, your delivery details, and the total price, and you can correct any errors. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete. If you notice an error after placing the order but before dispatch, contact us at info@aevibes.com or +974 4449 3000 as soon as possible.

5. Contract formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email after you complete checkout. The order confirmation email confirms the products, the price, the delivery address, and the payment method. If we are unable to fulfil your order after the confirmation (for example, because of an inventory error), we will contact you and, where payment has been taken, refund the relevant amount.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. The payment method must be selected and completed at checkout. The amount is charged in USD. Payment processing is handled by the relevant payment provider; we do not ask you to send full card numbers, security codes, or passwords by email. Further details are set out in our Payment Policy.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery is made within Qatar. Processing takes 1–2 business days and delivery after dispatch takes 3–5 business days, with a normal estimated total of 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when you (or a person indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods. Handing the goods to a carrier arranged by us does not by itself mean that you have received the goods or that you bear all transport risk before actual delivery. 8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. You do not need to give a reason. You must notify us of your withdrawal and return the goods within 14 calendar days of that notification. The direct return shipping cost is borne by us when you exercise the right of withdrawal. 9. Returns, refunds, and defective goods

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. If goods are defective, non-conforming, or not as described, you have the rights available under applicable Qatar consumer protection law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract as appropriate. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits those statutory rights.

10. After-sales service

For after-sales questions, contact us at info@aevibes.com or +974 4449 3000 during service hours. We will handle your enquiry directly; we do not currently use an external consumer mediation body, and we do not refer consumers to the discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or by our failure to exercise reasonable care. We are not liable for loss or damage that is not a foreseeable consequence of our breach, or for business losses where you are purchasing as a consumer. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Online withdrawal function

Where the website makes an online withdrawal function available, the function will be described at the point of use, together with the confirmation you receive after submitting a withdrawal. If no such online function is currently offered, withdrawal is made by the contact channels described in the Return and Refund Policy. We will update this section if an online withdrawal function is introduced.

13. Complaints and dispute handling

If you have a complaint, contact us first at info@aevibes.com or +974 4449 3000. We will acknowledge and handle the complaint through our customer service. If the matter cannot be resolved directly, you may have recourse to the competent consumer protection authorities in Qatar under applicable law. These Terms do not restrict any right you have to bring a claim before a competent court.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your favour. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly may be brought before the competent courts of Qatar, and nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any right to bring a claim in another forum where the law gives you that right.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order governs that order. Changes after your order do not affect the terms applicable to that order.
